Volunteers and Hosts Needed for Illumination Workshops
Thanks to ArtsBuild, our executive director is excited to kick off a series of free, family-friendly art workshops to help illuminate eight beautiful trees along the Buckley Greenway — and we need your help to make it shine! These workshops are all about bringing neighbors together to create something magical, and we warmly invite families, friends, and local businesses to get involved. Whether you’d like to host a class or just stop by to participate, there’s a place for everyone.
All workshops and supplies are generously provided by local artist Kate Warren, Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise, the Ridgedale Neighborhood Association, and Barking Legs Theater. Classes will take place throughout October in locations across the Ridgedale neighborhood.
It all leads up to a Grand Finale Celebration on Saturday, November 1st at Barking Legs — a family fun event starting at 4pm, followed by a glowing lantern walk to the tree illumination at 7pm.
